London's voluntary and community sector is a core part of what makes this city so great. On Valentine's Day Elizabeth Balgobin and I have written a love letter to the future Mayor, asking them to put London's VCS at the heart of their thinking for the next Mayoralty & to commit to their enduring love for the sector
